Nutrition counselling with Natalie is a supportive and non-judgmental space rooted in a weight-inclusive and trauma-informed approach. She works collaboratively with clients to explore their relationship with food, body, and health, focusing on sustainable, individualized strategies rather than rigid rules. With a deep understanding of how nutrition intersects with mental health and chronic conditions, Natalie helps clients cultivate trust in their bodies, reduce shame around eating, and reconnect with nourishment in a way that aligns with their values and lived experience.

Natalie creates a space where individuals can explore their relationship with food, body, and self with compassion and without judgment. She meets clients where they are at with openness and authenticity. Natalie believes in honouring each person’s lived experience, providing a safe space to reconnect with body wisdom, challenge unhelpful narratives, and discover a more peaceful, sustainable way of nourishing both mind and body. Rooted in anti-oppressive approaches, she works with individuals navigating eating disorders and differences, and the complex intersections of mental and physical health. With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, Natalie has worked across Alberta in community, outpatient, and inpatient settings, supporting individuals from all walks of life. Her work has deepened her understanding of the human experience, reinforcing her belief in the healing power of trust and connection not just with community, but also within ourselves. Recognizing that true well-being extends beyond nutrition, she pursued a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and as a career as a Registered Psychologist. Today, Natalie integrates trauma-informed nutrition with a collaborative, client-centered approach, supporting individuals to nourish their bodies in a more peaceful way.
